bikegearDo you ever feel overwhelmed with people to care for, groups to check on, or reports to review?  These are all important aspects of church staff and pastoral ministry.

Like gears on a bike, the Favorites Card on the Home Page Dashboard was designed to help you maximize your time and energy in all these areas.  Imagine the possibility of ...

  • never missing an important follow up conversation,
  • sending a group text any time you want,
  • clicking the play button to chart giving compared to last year.

Our recent release of the new User Interface, created a new focus on the home page dashboard where you can do all of these things and much more.  Let's start with the follow-up section of the Favorites Card.

Favfollowup

This tab shows you the conversations you need to have, and one click access to their profile, email, text, map, summary note, and due date.  Everything you need to contact, care, and follow up on important conversations is at your fingertips.  No more sticky notes, calendar reminders, or snoozed emails.  And everything is in the Follow-Up section of the App for mobile access.

The second tab on the Favorites card gives you quick access to the groups you interact with most frequently.  These might be volunteer teams, a leadership team, or a recruiting group.  One click to send an email, send a text, or go to the group info page.  Customize these using the gear icon, located top right.

Under the same gear icon, you have the option to customize the reports you need to have quick access to.  Create and save the reports you want to see or pick a report someone else has created and saved.  Click the report name to see the details or the play button to run the report.

Like any new habit, using the Favorites card on your home page will take a little time.  However, the time it takes to set it up and to begin using it will be exponentially returned in the weeks and months to come.
