Find me on:

comingsoonNext week we are releasing a sizable number of pages with the new look that you've seen us rollout incrementally in the past.

Those of you who have joined Churchteams since the new look became the default, and those who opted in to it will see all of these changes.  Some will not be available in the Classic Version.

Many of these are settings, instructional, and response pages.  They will have the fresher fonts, lines, and colors like you see on the dashboard, member profile, and many of the other major pages.

Some of the changes, though, are so major we will be focusing on them in upcoming blogs.  They will all be released next week, so you will likely run into them.  But we also want to make sure you are aware of these upcoming highlights:

Texting.  Get ready for MMS!  In addition to regular SMS, you will be able to send pictures, record and send audio messages, and create longer texts.  More options to get even more out of Churchteams texting.

Registrations.  Cleaner, new look upgrades for the registration forms you use on your website and everywhere else.  These will not effect the ones you have in place already.  You will need to replace them to apply the new look.

Reports and Email.  There are so many different options that come with reports.  How it works will be the same, you'll just see the new look on these pages including email.

Check-in By Roster - The hidden gem in this release.  By far the most subtle, we will look at how this new option on the check-in detail report (from the live check-in screen) is designed to improve worship and event check-in.

With this rollout you will be working the majority of the time in our upgraded look and functionality.  It is a privilege for us to serve you in the same way we would want to be served - with current innovation and unmatched service.
