03.10.26 Our Latest Upgrades (1)In the same way spring cleaning dusts off treasured furniture, last week's UI refresh brings to life again two of the most important and valuable parts of Churchteams--reports and email.

The UI upgrade did not add any functionality to reports and email, but it just spruced up the look and feel for a cleaner, more modern look.  There are many upgraded pages in this area of the software, but here are a few examples of the new look and some reasons people love these features.

3 Reasons People Love Our Reports

  1. Simple 3-step process.   Pick one of the different report types (from simple lists to robust charts).  Then choose what you want to see in the report output.  Finally, choose who by filtering for one person or any combination of group, people, or contribution data.  Then click Go! to run the report.

  2. Power of one software.  Because all your data resides in one place, not different applications or modules, you can get much more information with much less effort.

  3. Save your work.  Once you create your report (let us know if you need strategic help to get answers), save it for next time.  Then schedule it, and it will show up when and where you need it!

3 Reasons People Love Our Email

  1. Niche focus.  Use lists, groups, or filters to identify the exact audience you want to communicate with.

  2. Exceptional editor.  Send a simple email, or make it as colorful as you please with different layouts, images, GIFs, videos, and anything else you want.

  3. Output options.  Save your work as a template for future use.  View history (bounces, opens, clicks) to see the response.  Create a webpage with a link for text and social.  Include email templates in an automated follow-up workflow.

Why This Matters

Spring cleaning isn’t just about making things look nicer. It’s about creating an environment where things work better.  That’s the heart behind this update. By refreshing the look and feel of key areas in Churchteams, we want your workspace to feel simpler, clearer, and more enjoyable to use.
