Last fall we automated the Academy training webinars that I had done almost every week for years.  They are now available on-demand 24/7. 

Our Churchteams Facebook Forum was the best take-away from our 2018 User's Gathering.  It has become an incredible environment for clients to help clients and pull our team in to interesting discussions and ideas.  Topics (just the last few days) have included:

1. Can I save a draft of an email?
2. Best ideas for statement cover email content.
3. How do I see last Sunday's volunteers?
4. How do you handle company names?

This year, we are introducing the Churchteams Round Table as a means of taking these kinds of discussions live.   We want CT rookies to get the help they need from another user or CT staff.  And we want veterans to strategize out loud with us and each other to optimize use of the most advanced features.

So, beginning Thursday, January 28th, I will host a weekly Zoom meeting at 2 Eastern / 1 Central / 12 Mountain / 11 Pacific.  The structure of the hour will roughly follow a format like this.

1. Topics.  Sometimes we'll announce ahead of time based on blog topics, forum discussions, support calls, etc.. Other times we'll just list and address them in real time.
2. Solutions.  Once we identify the topics / problems, we'll introduce solutions.  These may come from other users on the call or from our staff.
3. Ideas.  These conversations will result in great ideas for clients use of the software, our support team to help others use it, and our developers to constantly improve it.

We want to do something great for the Church like Steve Jobs did for all of us with Apple.  None of us can do it alone.  We are praying for God's grace on our Round Table times together to make us a better team for Him and for his church.
