Written by Boyd Pelley | 6/20/16 1:04 PM
Here are a few new things we released the last couple of weeks.  We think you'll find these really helpful. Please share with admin assistant(s), financial admin, event registration, youth, children, and any others.

Check Scanning

You can now use the Magtek 22523009 check scanner to help with batch entry of check contributions.  ... Read More

Report:  Filter by Individual(s)

Choose any report type you want then under filters select Members then Select Specific People.  This will be helpful for reports like a contribution statement for one person or running Attendance by Member Consistency for one person across all groups.  Here is a screen shot.  There is no limit to the list of people you can select.

Pledge Tracking by Individual

The Pledge(s) page has a new option to enter pledges as an individual in addition to the shared/family option. This will be helpful for families with individuals that prefer to track their pledges separately.  There is a corresponding option to run Pledge Summary reports either way.  Statements show individual pledges as well if this option is used.  However, we recommend selecting one way to track pledges or the other to keep things as simple as possible.

Use Shift / Ctrl to Multi-Select Members in Groups

These common keyboard shortcuts for choosing items in a list now work for choosing members in a group!

Custom Address Line 1 For Statements

Allows greater flexibility for name formats on statements.

Exclude Children and Students From Directory

Under Settings / Security / Accessibilty, we added a new option to increase security for children and students.

Student and Child Event Registrations

If you choose a default role of student or child on the registration settings page of a group/event, the system will automatically put that role in front of all appropriate registration fields to make more clear who to register (parent or child).  Adults related to the student or child also will receive the registration confirmation email so that you do not have to include parent contact information on a child registration form.

All of these upgrades came at the suggestion of users just like you. Thanks for the great ideas, incredible referrals, and privilege of serving your church.
